Definitions:

• Kindness has to do with your desire. It has to do with your motive.
• Goodness has to do with your intentionality and your action.

Application:

1. Pray every morning “God, give me the desire and give me the opportunity to be nice and kind”.
2. Understand that how you spend your time and money is a test of your kindness and goodness.
3. Don’t confuse being nice with being kind.
4. Remember God’s kindness to you.

“Don’t you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean
nothing to you? Can’t you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin?”
