   • Worry is meditating on ‘what if’s’?
2. “Instead”
3. “Pray about everything!”
   • 1 Thessalonians 5:17 “Pray without ceasing.”
   • Romans 12:12 “be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
   • Ephesians 6:18 “Pray at all times (on every occasion)”
4. “Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.”
   • Psalm 59, “Each morning I will sing with joy about your unfailing love.”
   • Psalm 92, “It is good to proclaim your unfailing love in the morning.”
   • Psalm 143, “Let me hear of your unfailing love each morning.”
5. “Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds
   anything we can understand”

Promises of peace

• John 16:33 “You may have peace in me.”
• 2 Thessalonians 3:16 “Now may the Lord of Peace himself give you his peace at all times and in every situation.”
• Colossians 3:15“let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts.”
• Romans 8:6,” the mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.
• John 14: 27” Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
